At The Usual., we want your coffee to reach you safely and in good time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

For pre-orders, fulfilment will begin within 7–9 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking information associated with your order.

Delivery

We currently ship orders within India.

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the destination, courier partner and serviceable pin code.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote/special service areas, courier disruptions, weather, operational delays and circumstances outside our control.

Where available, the estimated delivery date shown by the shipping provider should be treated as the most current estimate for your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us at coffeetheusual@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs/video of the package/product.

Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery is delayed, missed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-provided information, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
