What is The Usual?
An everyday coffee brand, built around two formats: Concentrate and Instant. Real coffee, made to fit into a normal day — no machine, no ritual required.
What's the difference between Instant and Concentrate?
Concentrate is coffee worth making — pour it, mix it with hot water, cold water, milk or ice, and drink. Instant is coffee, now — just add water. Same coffee, two ways to have it.
How do I prepare Concentrate?
Pour the concentrate into your glass or mug, add hot water, cold water, milk or ice, and stir. That's it — your usual, made your way.
How do I prepare Instant?
Instant is coming soon to The Usual. It's built to be even simpler: spoon the powder into your cup, add hot or cold water or milk, and stir.
What flavours and formats are available?
Concentrate: Americano and Filter Coffee. Instant: Vanilla, Hazelnut and Caramel, coming soon. Check the shop page for what's currently available.
How much does one serving make?
Each Concentrate pouch makes around 10 servings — check the pack for exact volume. Instant serving details will be confirmed at launch.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening.
