Regular Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled before the order enters fulfilment.
Once a pre-order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds After Cancellation
